Terms of Service

Digital Persona helps you draft, schedule and publish social media content. It currently publishes to LinkedIn personal profiles, Instagram professional (business or creator) accounts and the Facebook Pages you manage. Other platforms are planned and are not available until we announce them. Features may change as the product develops.

• You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
• Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

You own what you write and upload, and the drafts generated for you. You give us permission to store, process and send that content only as needed to run the service, including sending prompts to our AI providers.

AI output can be wrong. Drafts, research notes and images are generated automatically and may contain inaccurate, outdated or unoriginal material. Review everything, especially factual claims, before you publish. You are responsible for what is published from your account, including posts you schedule or let autopilot publish.

When you connect a platform, you authorise us to publish to it on your behalf: only the posts you publish, schedule or approve in Digital Persona, and, where you add one, the first comment on them. We also read the likes, comments and other numbers on those posts to show you how they did. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we read.

Only connect accounts and Pages you are allowed to publish to, such as a Facebook Page where you have a role that lets you post. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms and policies, which you agree to follow, including the LinkedIn User Agreement, Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta's Terms of Service, its Community Standards and its Pages, Groups and Events Policies.

Platforms can change or withdraw access at any time, which may affect scheduled posts. You can disconnect whenever you like, in Settings or in the platform's own settings.

Don't use Digital Persona to:

• publish spam, misleading content, or content that impersonates someone else;
• post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• get around usage limits, share accounts, or overload the service;
• probe, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or access other users' data.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Accounts include a limited number of free AI generations per day. After that, you can add your own API key from a supported AI provider, in which case your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them and counts against your own account's limits. Paid plans, when offered, will come with their own pricing shown before you buy.

We work to keep Digital Persona reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or that every scheduled post will publish on time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published from your account. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Digital Persona will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date above, and tell you in advance of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
